Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Rights

Consumers have the right to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day of contract conclusion.

To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision to cancel by means of a clear statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or email).

2. Cancellation Period

The cancellation period is 14 days from:

• The day of contract conclusion for service contracts
• The day on which you or a third party nominated by you takes possession of the goods (for goods deliveries)

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

3. Conditions for Cancellation

For a valid cancellation, the following conditions must be met:

• The cancellation must be declared within the 14-day period
• The declaration must be clear
• The declaration must be addressed to us

4. Return Shipping Costs

In the event of cancellation, you bear the direct costs of returning the goods. The amount of the return shipping costs depends on the type and weight of the goods returned.

Please note:

• We do not cover return shipping costs
• We recommend insured return shipping
• Please keep proof of postage

5. Cancellation Procedure

To exercise your right of cancellation, please follow these steps:

• Send us a clear cancellation declaration by post or email
• Optionally use our sample cancellation form
• For goods deliveries: Return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of your cancellation

6. Exclusions from Cancellation Rights

The right of cancellation does not apply to the following contracts:

• Contracts for services where we have fully performed the service and only commenced performance after you gave your express consent and acknowledged that you would lose your right of cancellation once we had fully performed the contract
• Contracts for goods made to customer specification or clearly personalised
• Contracts for goods that deteriorate rapidly or have a short expiry date
• Contracts for sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery

7. Service Cancellations

For garden and landscaping services, the following rules apply:

• Free cancellation up to 7 days before the scheduled appointment
• Cancellations less than 7 days before the appointment may incur cancellation fees
• For work already commenced, the portion of services already provided will be charged

8. Refunds

If you cancel this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to cancel.

We will make the refund using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such refund.

For goods deliveries, we may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

9. Diminished Value

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

11. Consumer Guarantees

This refund policy does not affect your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. If goods or services do not meet the guarantees set out in this Act, you may be entitled to remedies such as repair, replacement, or refund.
